The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with dining area, large terrace with sea views, utility room and a fully equipped kitchen. All amenities included in the price - incl. modern central air conditioning, wifi, tv, bed linen and towels, xbox, sunbeds, parking space, 2 bikes, etc. Only 150m from the apartment is a suburban railway stop which runs, among others, to Cartagena. The nearest restaurant open all year round is 250m from the apartment. The nearest shop is about 900m away. To La Manga it is about 10 minutes by car.

There is a possibility of joining beds in the apartment, also there can be 2-3 pairs. Additionally, the apartment has a travel cot, a feeding seat, toys, games, books, a beach set and a safe. There are 2 elevators in the building, and the resort has facilities for the disabled. Shared year-round swimming pool. There is a parking lot in the resort with an assigned parking space for our apartment.
